T in the Park

T in the Park is an outdoor music Festival that exists since 1994 and has held every year since. At the beginning it was a two-day festival and since 2007 we can enjoy a three-day event. This festival is one of the biggest in the UK and is mainly sponsored by the Tennents breweries which explains its name. 

Where is it ?

This year, the festival takes place in Auchterarder near Kinross, in Strathallan Castle, Perthshire, Scotland.

When is it ?

It takes place every year on the second weekend of July. This year, 2015, it will be from Friday 10th to Sunday July 12th. Remember to take your tickets before it's too late!

What music?

Wondering what kind of music you will hear there? You're mainly going to have rock, pop and electro. These last few years, this festival has received famous singers and bands as Rihanna, Snoop Dog, David Guetta, Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, Coldplay, Beyoncé, Arctic Monkeys, Eminem, The Black Eyed Peas, Franz Ferdinand, Bruno Mars, Jessy J, Blur, Manu Chao, Ben Harper, Keane, and so much more.

Attractions

Three days of festivals can be long, this is why T in the Park offers you the Healthy T area. There, you can relax, eat something else than your usual sandwiches and salads.

You can also enjoy the festival's view by going in the fairground with its ferris wheel, bungee ball, bomber... 

You will also be able to refresh yourself, take showers, wash and dry your hair and use toilets. You will be pampered !
